Nice hotel with great amenities like 24-hour reception, airport shuttle, and excellent wi-fi. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost earring on my first visit. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous and wonderful hotel with a satisfactory breakfast selection. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the neat room. Nice building, separate bedroom. Early check in and friendly service. The pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.

The stay was reasonable for a short family trip. The location was a positive point since it was close to a large shopping center and provided easy access to public transport for a day in New York City. My room was decent but a bit cramped for four people, and the kitchen vent was not working, which made cooking challenging. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient, and the staff were generally helpful throughout our visit.

Close proximity to Newark Airport makes it a convenient choice for travelers. The fitness center has essential equipment for a quick workout, and the indoor pool allows for a relaxing dip after a long journey.

The room I stayed in had cleanliness issues-long hair was stuck to the bath floor, and there was a lingering odor from the plumbing. I noticed some wear and tear, like the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and outdated furniture that could use a refreshing upgrade. Breakfast hours felt rather rushed. If you approached close to the end, a lot of options were already put away, leaving a disappointment for late risers. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, fluctuating unexpectedly throughout my stay. Parking seemed a hassle as well, complicating what should be an easy access point .

The complimentary breakfast was above average, giving us a great start to our day. Be aware of the parking fee, as it can add up quickly.
